Program Management Analyst (Onsite in Dearborn) Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management Analyst to join our team onsite in Dearborn for an exciting electrical project. As a key member of our program management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring on-time delivery of GPDS milestones and supporting various aspects of electrical design, development, and validation for performance vehicles. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the PMT leader to coordinate and manage electrical design, engineering, and validation activities to meet program and engineering GPDS milestones. Assist in supplier sourcing processes and facilitate FMA activities. Review and approve all CRs (Change Requests) as necessary, ensuring compliance and timely sign-off. Conduct thorough reviews of Base and FP specific Change Control Decks, addressing any CRs impacting FP product lines. Participate in weekly FP specific Change Control meetings and provide necessary support. Liaise with interfacing D&R engineers to assess FP impact and ensure accurate updates to project documentation. Attend and contribute to daily meetings related to part shortages and production challenges for FP programs. Support the progression of quality and FMA deliverables, ensuring timely completion at each milestone. Drive closure of all FEDE DVPs (Failure Effect Detection and Evaluation Design Verification Plans) for regulatory compliance. Track and manage FEDE requirements and assessments for FP electrical components, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. Foster collaborative relationships with core electrical functional engineering teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with specifications and efficient decision-making processes. Lead interface meetings with D&R teams to resolve open issues related to DVPs, CRs, FEDEBOM, FMA, part shortages, and production sign-offs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent; Associate Degree with relevant experience will also be considered. Minimum of 5 years of experience working on automotive programs. Familiarity with GPDS deliverables and engineering tools (FEDE BOM, WERS, AIMS, 8Ds, etc.). Proven experience in launching new vehicles and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong ability to manage complex tasks and handle challenging situations within tight timelines. Knowledge of DFMEA, Six Sigma, and other relevant methodologies is desirable. Additional Requirements: Proficiency in engineering applications such as FEDE DVP TCe, JIRA, Wiki, etc. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
