Program Manger - Residential Behavior Health

High Country Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Program Manger to oversee the daily operations of our residential mental health facility, Solutions House. This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals on their path to recovery and independence.

In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our staff and our services. You'll manage all aspects of the group home, from coordinating resident care to ensuring the facility runs smoothly. Most importantly, you will take ownership of the team's success by providing the guidance, training, and support they need to excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Empower a Team: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a team of Mental Health Technicians. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative, supportive, and high-quality care environment.


• Mentor and Develop: Provide ongoing coaching, administrative supervision, and performance feedback. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining staff schedules, conducting comprehensive training for new hires, and leading weekly team meetings to ensure all client needs are addressed.


• Operational Oversight: Manage all day-to-day operations, including client intake, facility maintenance, budget oversight, and compliance with all agency policies.


• Client Advocacy: Coordinate services, provide crisis intervention, and ensure clients are progressing toward their rehabilitation goals.


• Program Development: Develop and implement individualized and group-based life skills programs alongside your team to meet the specific needs of our residents.


• 24/7 Support: Provide 24/7 on-call availability to address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise within the program.

Candidate Qualifications and Experience

• High School Diploma


• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or Nursing field of study (preferred) OR


• 2+ years of management


• The ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and problem-solve with minimal supervision.


• High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Successful completion of HCBH pre-employment screening and background check.


• Has the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.


• Has a valid driver’s license and eligible for HCBH insurance coverage(s).


• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
