The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Public Health and Safety Division, Communicable Disease Control and Prevention Bureau.

 

This position performs a variety of professional and technical services to support the Environmental Health and Food Safety Section. Key responsibilities include 1) managing and providing technical assistance on websites that support program activities\: 2) processing invoices and making small purchases for program staff; 3) coordinating mail and printing tasks; 4) responding to requests for program information; 5) assisting with other program or bureau activities as requested.

  • Meet minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in human services, business, or related field.

    • 1 year of office management, administrative support, or program coordination experience.

    • Other combinations of directly related education and experience may be considered on case-by-case basis.
