The Michigan State Bar Foundation (MSBF) is looking for an experienced Program Officer / Director of Grants to lead its grantmaking strategy, implement equitable and efficient grant practices, and oversee community-focused grant programs. This leadership role reports directly to the Executive Director and plays a key part in driving MSBF’s mission of increasing access to justice and supporting vital civil legal aid initiatives in Michigan. This is a hybrid position located in Lansing, MI.
About MSBF
Founded in 1947, the Michigan State Bar Foundation (MSBF) is dedicated to advancing access to justice by funding civil legal aid programs and promoting public understanding of the legal system. With over $210 million granted to date, MSBF supports essential services for low-income individuals. The Foundation also supports programs that improve the administration of justice by educating children and adults about their legal rights and responsibilities, the justice system, and opportunities to resolve conflicts outside the courtroom.
