You will partner with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent data and analytics delivery that drives value and alignment to the membership and contract portfolio.\n\nResponsibilities: \n\n * Perform defined audits to ensure ongoing contract alignment with program.\n\n * Collaborate with internal teams to conduct introductory and ongoing client training on the technology platform, processes, and program optimization.\n\n * Establish and manage program agreements and data alignment in the aptitude platform.\n\n * Process initial and on-going cross reference details in catalog.\n\n * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help resolve client issues.\n\n * Conduct ongoing contract maintenance activity.\n\n * Provide support in managing client opportunity and compliance reports.\n\n\n\n\nQualifications: \n\n * Relevant degree preferred.\n\n * 2 or more years of relevant experience required.\n\n * Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills preferred.\n\n * Experience conducting training sessions through virtual platforms is preferred.\n\n * Adaptable and collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to change, sharing ideas, and engaging with others while maintaining a strong eagerness to learn.\n\n * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Software products.\n\n * SQL and Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.\n\n * This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring three days per week in our Irving, TX office.\n\n * Willingness to travel.\n\n\n\n\nEstimated Hiring Range:\n\nAt Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
