Our products include launch vehicles, propulsion systems, missile products, subsystems and defense electronics, precision weapons, armament systems and ammunition, satellites and space components and services, and advanced aerospace structures. \n \nNorthrop Grumman Weapons System Division is currently seeking a Program Cost Schedule Control (Level 2) /Principal Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) to join our team in Plymouth, MN. \n \nPosition Summary:\n\n * Prepare and present Estimate at Completion financial status in support of Corporate requirements on a quarterly basis\n * Estimate monthly sales and operating margin by analyzing direct labor hours, raw material dollars, and other direct costs\n * Assist Financial Shared Services (FSS) with invoicing\n * Track and forecast invoice submissions and cash receipts monthly\n * Manage the day to day financial requirements for multiple projects\n * Work with the program team and support required program meetings\n * Maintain project detail with Deltek/Costpoint\n * Support customer required reporting requirements\n * Forecast and analyze manpower needs based on current and proposed program budgets\n\n\n\n**The level hired to is based on the qualifications listed below** \n\nBasic Requirements (Level 2):\n\n * Bachelors degree with 2 years of experience; Masters degree with 0 years of experience; or 6 years of related experience in lieu of degree. \n * Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced Excel skills\n * Organizational/Time Management skills and ability to multitask\n * Analytical skills\n * Must be a US citizen\n * Must be able to work onsite in Plymouth, MN \n\n\n\nBasic Requirements (Level 3):\n\n * Must have 9years of related experience in lieu of degree. Will consider a bachelors degree with 5 years of experience; or Masters degree with 3 years of related experience \n * Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced Excel skills\n * Organizational/Time Management skills and ability to multitask\n * Analytical skills\n * Must be a US citizen\n * Must be able to work onsite in Plymouth, MN \n\n\n\nPreferred Requirements:\n\n * Bachelors degree preferred with degree in Business Administration or Accounting highly preferred\n * Presentation skills\n * Self-motivated and works well in team environment\n * Experience with Earned Value Management System reporting\n\n\n\nWhat to Expect:\n\nIf you are a dynamic and motivated professional, Northrop Grumman is the company that will help further your experience and career growth. Join our team and Work On What Matters.\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $79,600.00 - $119,400.00\n\nSecondary Level Salary Range: $89,900.00 - $134,900.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.\n\nThe application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
