Job Description:

1. Assist teachers in planning and implementation of Life Essentials - our developmentally appropriate curriculum


2. Ensure quality and consistency of program implementation across all classrooms


3. Assist and mentor teachers in lesson planning, classroom event planning and enhancement to program as needed


4. Play an integral role in continuing the Kiddie Academy’s commitment to quality program

An ideal candidate will have:

1. At least 2 -5 years’ experience in early childhood.


2. A strong knowledge of WA WACs, and a solid understanding of developmentally appropriate practice.


3. Must have at least an AA degree in child care or management, or related field and be current in all STARS training.
