Minimum Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in a human services field
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing case management services to individuals with mental illness; supervisory or managerial experience preferred

Work Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Work Location Requirement: Onsite (program-based with administrative and community responsibilities)

About the Role
The Associate Director provides clinical, administrative, and operational oversight for TAP Programs under the supervision of the Program Director. This role is responsible for managing staff, overseeing service delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining program quality and fiscal accountability.
