Program Support Specialist - Room for Advancement

We are seeking a Program Support Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and delivery of technology-related projects across various departments.

Temp to Perm:
Needing consistent work history

Responsibilities:

Previous PSAO/PBM and/or Managed Care experience.

​Qualifications:

• Previous PSAO/PBM and/or Managed Care experience.
• Will be supporting pay team/Central Pay functions for pharmacy clients.
• Basic Microsoft Office/Excel experience; manipulate data in Excel.
• Will be checking shared email inboxes/voicemails to respond to client requests. Will have to respond via email or call the client back.
• Will have to research and resolve issues for client inquiries.
• Previous pharmacy experience in a retail setting preferred
• Accounting/Finance analytics experience preferred
• Potential for temp to hire for the right candidate.
