The group with AZMSC - CTS mainly works on converting complex legacy classic ASP/COM applications to C#.NET.
This project is a little more … special … than others in the fact that I NEED people well-versed in both OLD and NEW technology. I realize this is going to be difficult to find, but based on finding the last resource, they ARE out there – and I want to build an uncompromising team

What is the interview process?
Each step assumes success of previous step
- Extensive vetting of resumes by the hiring manager
- 30 minute vetting micro PHONE interview by the hiring manager
- In Person interview with senior developer panel
- Potentially a follow up interview which will include upper management
Will you consider out of state candidates who want to relocate?
We do not relocate candidates nor do we allow teleworking/telecommuting/remote. Candidate must be on the premises. Candidates must be able to be local and in the building on day 1 of the job – and relocation cannot impact the work. I’ve found this criteria can rarely be met successfully – so I tend not to respond to out of state candidate.
