The Position: We are looking for a contingent candidate who will be performing the role of a Program/Program/Management Analyst, Senior.

The Location: Patuxent River, MD

The Work Environment: On-Site

The Description:

  • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
  • Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
  • Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
  • Tracks program/project status and schedules.
  • Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Education & Experience:

  • DoD Secret Clearance, required.
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
    • ALLOWABLE SUBSITIUTIONS:
      • Bachelor's degree with two (2) years of additional work experience or
      • Associate's degree with four (4) years of additional work experience or
      • High School Diploma / GED with six (6) years of additional work experience.
    • Ten (10) or more years of experience performing duties described in the description.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Over 2 years' experience with Group 3 or larger Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). Experience in DOD and SECNAV 5000 series instructions.

Travel:

  • On some occasions, the employee may be required to drive to offices or buildings near the work site. In rare occasions, travel may be required.
