We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam\u0027s business.\n\n \n\n## The impact you\u2019ll make\n\nAs a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for Pilot Manufacturing. You\u2019ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project are completed on time and within budget.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Lead programs that drive business process optimization and operational efficiency\n * Build solutions that standardize workflows, streamline business execution, reduce cycle time, and improve decision\u2011making across the organization\n * Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.\n * Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements.\n * Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process.\n * Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience; or Master\u2019s degree with 6+ years\u2019 experience; or equivalent experience.\n * 6+ years of related experience in project management or program management\n * Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.\n * Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n * Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.\n * Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and operational execution\n * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n * Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.\n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
