## The impact you\u2019ll make\n\n## The group you\u2019ll be a part of\n\nThe Tualatin Campus Construction Coordinator is part of Lam Research\u2019s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) organization. GWS is dedicated to delivering safe, efficient, and innovative workplace and infrastructure solutions that enable Lam\u2019s manufacturing and operational needs. This includes leading campus construction, site logistics, real estate strategy, utility planning, and space planning across all Lam locations. As part of this team, you will help ensure that construction activities across the Tualatin campus are executed seamlessly, safely, and with minimal impact to ongoing operations\u2014supporting Lam\u2019s ability to grow, innovate, and deliver for its customers.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Lead campus\u2011wide coordination of all construction activities to prevent conflicts, ensure safe execution, and maintain alignment across multiple general contractors and Lam stakeholders.\n * Develop and manage comprehensive site logistics plans\u2014including access, staging, traffic routing, crane operations, and delivery sequencing\u2014to support efficient execution and minimize operational impacts.\n * Coordinate all critical activities such as utility shutdowns, road closures, equipment tie\u2011ins, and cross\u2011project interactions to reduce risk and maintain continuity of operations.\n * Provide timely, clear communication through construction notices, shutdown alerts, field updates, and stakeholder briefings to maintain campus\u2011wide awareness and alignment.\n * Monitor field conditions daily, identify risks early, resolve cross\u2011project conflicts, and ensure construction activities adhere to established logistics and safety coordination requirements.\n * Partner with General Contractors, EHS, Facilities, Operations, and internal customers to continuously improve planning, field execution, communication practices, and overall site coordination processes.\n * Support change management by documenting impacts, tracking critical activities, and ensuring proper closure of coordination issues across all projects.\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience; or Master\u2019s degree with 8+ years\u2019 experience; or equivalent experience.\n * 8+ years of related experience in project management or program management.\n * Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.\n * Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n * Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.\n * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n * Relevant project management certifications such as PMP.\n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
