Manage the yearly technology Enterprise Initiative Planning (EIP) process with our business partners for all programs owned and managed byFinancial LOB Portfolio submissions at program and project level, service provider allocations, buyer allocationsNew program and project setup in system of recordsWe coordinate the financial portfolio work leading up to and through the Enterprise submission on behalf of the LOB portfolios, including EIP required system updates and balancing to targets. Work starts in March with Enterprise guidelines and timeline and ends in November/December with the 0+12 Forecast and the setup of new projects and programs to be used January 1stIn addition to the Enterprise Initiative Planning process we also handle the in year financial governance and portfolio maintenance;Monthly balancing of the LOB initiative portfolios, at the project level in TPAS, to meet Enterprise Initiative targets by LOB portfolioExecutes change controls on projects and programs on behalf of the LOBUpdating system of records with approved targetsCommunicating to PMs and technology teams updated targets by projectDocument change controlsFinancial program and project set-up and maintenanceSupporting LOBs with Enterprise QBR reporting and financial variance commentary related to the LOB initiative portfoliosWe also create and communicate financial health of initiative portfolio, providing burn rate and run rate analysis on programs and projects.The team is small and we need to have cross functional abilities to make sure we operate efficiently. Initially the role will be focused on helping the financial balancing and reporting and establishing and improving our internal routines and processes. Will also help create a clear, coherent approach to guide effective financial oversight, execution, and control of the Initiative portfolio, working with stakeholders across our technology teams, Enterprise partners, LOB partners and FinanceFinancial and business acumen with preferred experience from bank / technology organizationsDetail oriented to ensure all issues are researched to closureProficient / well versed in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPointAbility to balance multiple and competing priorities in an extremely fast paced environmentProven analytical, logical reasoning and problem-solving skills; courage to challenge a status quo
