E11C  Annual Salary $65,347.17+ Full State Employee Benefits

Travel is Occasional: Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A master's degree and two years of professional experience
• OR a bachelor's degree and three years of professional experience.
• OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional-level experience in the above-listed areas for each year of the required education

*No substitution will be allowed for the required professional supervisory, managerial, consultative, or administrative experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• This position reviews all Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS) documentation to ensure accuracy and to assess support and/or training needed for Quality Specialists.
• This position supervises 8 Quality Specialists while developing processes to assure accountability for providing high-quality services statewide, ensuring that each program aligns with QRIS objectives and maintains the appropriate rating within the child care sector. 

Preference may be given to candidate with supervisory and or QRIS experience
