This position may be located in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, or Enid, Oklahoma.

Programs Manager III

E11C Annual Salary $65,347.17+ Full State Employee Benefits

Travel is Occasional: Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required care insurance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A master's degree and two years of professional experience
• OR a bachelor's degree and three years of professional experience.
• OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional-level experience in the above-listed areas for each year of the required education

*No substitution will be allowed for the required professional supervisory, managerial, consultative, or administrative experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Position supervises two Regional Program Managers responsible for field staff located throughout half of the state
• Assists licensing field staff with implementation of the licensing program
• Helps coordinate legal actions against child care facilities that may result in revocation or denial of the license or an injunction or an emergency order
• Participates in the development and revision or policies & field procedures.
