E11C  AFS Annual Salary $65,347.17+ Full State Employee Benefits

Travel is Occasional: Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required care insurance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A master's degree and two years of professional experience
• OR a bachelor's degree and three years of professional experience.
• OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional-level experience in the above-listed areas for each year of the required education

*No substitution will be allowed for the required professional supervisory, managerial, consultative, or administrative experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides statewide leadership and oversight for the Quality Assurance unit.
• This role is responsible for directing and supervising the administration of federally mandated SNAP Management Evaluations, implementing process improvement initiatives, and managing additional projects as assigned.
• The manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of corrective action planning by forecasting trends and preparing statistical reports for local and state leadership.
• Additionally, the QA Programs Manager provides guidance and support to staff in the creation and revision of policies, procedures, and training curricula, ensuring alignment with state and federal regulations.
• This position plays a critical role in maintaining compliance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
