E11C Annual Salary $65,347.17+ Full State Employee Benefits

Travel is Occasional: Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required care insurance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A master's degree and two years of professional experience
• OR a bachelor's degree and three years of professional experience.
• OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional-level experience in the above-listed areas for each year of the required education

Job Responsibilities:

• This position provides oversight to Escalated Issues, Resource Center/Reception, and Case Closures/Case Reactivation departments.
•  Supervises front-line team members, ensuring compliance with ADvantage Waiver requirements.
•  Manages the day-to-day workflow of each department, ensuring calls and issues are appropriately resolved on time.
•  Conducts performance evaluations, facilitates meetings/training, monitors assigned Performance Measures and ensures compliance, and handles or directs resolution of high-level Member issues and Critical Incidents.
•  Responsible for organizing and keeping processes up-to­ date and streamlined.
•  Coordinates efforts with direct supervisor, keeping them up to date on all current issues within the departments.
•  Performs as an integral part of the Leadership Team for the ADvantage Waiver Program.
•  Performs related work as required and assigned.
•  Ability to work on a diverse team and directly with people from diverse backgrounds, specifically racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, and disability.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to frequently lift up to 15 lbs for transporting a computer.
• Must have stable and reliable home internet (high-speed and not a hotspot) for telework opportunities or will be required to work in the office. Telework opportunities are subject to change.
