Programs Manager V

This position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Programs Administrator - E11E 

Annual Salary $80,867.13 + Full State Employee Benefits

Days worked will be Monday through Friday. Travel is occasional.  Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree and four years of professional experience.
• OR Bachelor’s degree and five years of professional experience.
• OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional level experience for each year of the required education.
   

Job Duties

• Manages continuous quality improvement, information system development and maintenance, quality assurance, and the Restricted Registry for Child Care Services.
• Develops short and long range goals, provides leadership and guidance, and coordinates activities with management, staff, contractors, and other agencies.
• Develops and recommends policies, rules and regulations which pertain to the Restricted Registry consistent with federal and state laws; participates in program analysis, including the analysis of problems and needed services.
