Programs Supervisor - E11C ES CW

Annual Salary: $66,106.39 + Full State Employee Benefits

Job-related Travel is occasional. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education and Experience required at this level consists of a master’s degree and two years of professional experience;
• OR a bachelor’s degree and three years of professional experience;
• OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting 1 additional year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education.

*Professional experience in the fields listed must have been the primary job responsibility to be considered as qualifying. Incidental performance of professional work in any area(s) shall not be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serves as Direct Supervisor for a team of Programs Field Representatives who serve as liaisons that provide consultation and expertise in the comprehensive, multi-functional program of Permanency Planning and any related policies and procedures.
• Position plans for the future direction of the Permanency Planning program and sets standards within federal and state regulations.
• Assists in the development of specialized services within the various divisions and units of the agency; may assume the duties and responsibilities of the unit’s Programs Administrator in their absence.
• Actively engages in working with key stakeholders to develop feedback regarding data, outcomes, and collaborations to improve outcomes.
• Reviews correspondence and reports from field staff; interprets decisions on questions of policy and administration to field staff.
