Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, Dishwashers, Servers, Cocktail Servers, Baristas, & Other Various Positions

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Project 2231 and its family of businesses, including: Dock 17, Miss Lucille's Cafe, Varsity Pins, and our Commissary Kitchen.

Whether you have experience in the culinary industry or are looking to start your career, we welcome passionate individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional service and contributing to our diverse array of businesses. We're not corporate- We're handcrafted! 

Key Responsibilities:

• Line Cooks: Execute menu items with consistency and care, maintaining high standards for taste, presentation, and kitchen cleanliness.


• Prep Cooks: Prepare ingredients and assist in daily kitchen operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service.


• Dishwashers: Maintain cleanliness of all kitchenware, and support overall kitchen sanitation and organization.
  


• Servers: Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.


• Cocktail Servers: Provide friendly and efficient service of alcoholic beverages and menu items in a lively, entertainment-focused environment.


• Baristas: Craft quality coffee and other beverages while creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.


• Other Various Positions we are looking to hire: Project 2231 Security Guard, Miss Lucille's Cafe FOH Shift Manager, The City Forum Assistant Manager, The City Forum Guest Sales Ambassadors, The City Forum Team Members, The City Forum Ride Operators, Varsity Pins Lane Hosts, & Varsity Pins Bartender. 

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.


• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong communication and teamwork skills.


• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Previous experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry is a plus.
