Project Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Accountant to join our growing team. This role is critical to ensuring the financial success of our projects by managing budgets, tracking costs, supporting billing, and maintaining accurate financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both accounting and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance
• Prepare and manage accounts receivable (AR) invoices and detailed cost reports
• Reconcile project accounts and track profitability across jobs
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards
• Partner with project managers and internal accounting teams to support project success

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Experience in project accounting, with construction accounting preferred
• Strong working knowledge of CMiC and Microsoft Excel preferred
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and      communication skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage      multiple deadlines
