POSITION SUMMARY Northeast-Western Energy Systems USA, LLC, a division of INNIO, is looking for an Account Administrator to join the Engineering Department. Working as part of our engineering team you will be responsible for managing project accounts, financial activities and updating the INNIO IT portals with project relevant data and configuration changes. This position provides administrative and financial support to engineers (project and application), financial managers, project managers and executive leadership.
EDUCATION and REQUIREMENTS
Associates degree from college or technical school; or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
U.S. Citizenship or U.S Permanent Resident status
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record with reliable transportation
Have or be able to obtain a valid U.S. Passport
Skills:
Possess a strong understanding of and ability to navigate through Oracle (minimum 7 years experience)
Good communicator (oral, written, presenting) and team player.
Manage high workload: Multi-tasking, multi-organizing, delivering contributions to multiple projects with sometimes conflicting resource requirements.
Service quality mindset; do it right the first time.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Provide commitment in daily activities
Keep well organized files and provide accessibility to others inside and outside of the department
Work under pressure, meet deadlines and be flexible in working on multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and computer communication skills
Work independently from home, office and other locations supporting multiple time zones
Be a high energy, self-starter capable of initiating, building, and sustaining productive relationship
Advanced proficiency with MS Office, operating systems and ability to learn new software program rapidly
Accountabilities:
Manage all projects in the Oracle system, including new project entry, configuration and financial changes, project updates, purchase order processing, invoice issuance and receipting, record keeping, report generation and other activities required for project execution and tracking.
Develop proficiency and support the team with INNIO IT programs, such as myProject, myPlant, Tableau, Windchill and others, as required, to facilitate project activities and progress.
Ability to learn and develop skills to manage and produce results in a fast-paced growing business.
Ability to make rational and realistic decisions that are based on logical assumptions.
Proactive attitude towards confronting and resolving problems.
Ability to effectively express and present ideas or tasks to an individual or to a group
Ability to travel and remain overnight as required, including international destinations
Results driven: Taking ownership, sense of urgency, hands-on when and where necessary, pro-active.
Works independently, takes initiative and completes challenging assignments
Proven ability to work as a team member and collaborate with others
Reviews and verifies project documentation for completeness, format and compliance with contract requirements.
Assist in managing Technical Equipment and delivery schedules with associated required documentation for export, import and material tracking.
Be the positive face of the company to the customer
