💲 $90,000–$115,000/year + Discretionary Bonus

We’re hiring a Project Accountant to join our onsite finance team in Duluth, GA! If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have experience with percentage of completion (POC) accounting in the construction industry, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage POC accounting across 200+ construction projects annually.


• Lead monthly revenue recognition, backlog measurement, and gain/loss analysis.


• Work closely with project managers and leadership to finalize monthly schedules.


• Handle incentive payout tracking (e.g., $9.8M in Q2) and special projects.


• Prepare summary schedules, obtain approvals, and build supporting documentation.


• Utilize advanced Excel and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar) for reporting and data validation.

What You’ll Bring:

✅ 3–5+ years of Percentage of Completion accounting experience

✅ Advanced Excel skills (formulas, reporting, not just pivot tables)

✅ Experience with construction accounting systems (Dynamics 365, Sage, Timberline, etc.)

✅ Prior experience in construction (no single-family homebuilders, please)

✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage HIGH volumes of data

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field


• Experience with incentive/bonus payout calculations


• Background in multi-family or commercial construction
