Project Accounting Supervisor

Description

• Supervise project accountants and oversee all project accounting activities.
• Responsible for completion and accuracy of all project related billings within scheduled deadlines.
• Assess problems as they may arise and develop a solution that best fits the issue, delegate to responsible individuals and follow through to ensure completion.
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practice.
• GL Account reconciliation, including but not limited to AR, COGS & WIP.
• Assist with Monthly and Yearly Financial Closing.
• Oversee AR payment collection.
• Monthly Cash Flow Projections.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications: ___Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business; At least five years’ experience, preferably in a similar field; Experience with Constructions Draw Process and AIA G702/G703; Strong understanding of accounting procedures and principles; Microsoft Office, 4 years preferred; Knowledge of Procore Software & Sage, a plus
