This entry-level project administration role supports the project management team under the guidance of a project manager. Job Responsibilities:

  • Flag missed dates, unresolved dependencies, or inconsistent updates to the project manager, explaining the issue and identifying which activities may be affected.
  • Share routine status summaries through a collaboration tool such as Microsoft Teams, distinguishing completed work, upcoming actions, and questions requiring direction.
  • Support project wrap-up by confirming outstanding actions with owners, updating final task statuses, and helping the project manager prepare a clear handover summary.
  • Maintain quality through accurate task details, timely updates, complete meeting notes, and consistent follow-up, using feedback from the project manager to correct recurring errors.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No experience required; related experience supporting projects, coordinating activities, or maintaining shared task lists is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of project milestones, task dependencies, action items, and the difference between reporting a concern and changing an approved plan.

  • Careful approach to checking names, dates, task ownership, and status details before sharing updates with others.
  • Ability to organize competing administrative requests, recognize overdue actions, and seek guidance when priorities conflict.
  • A reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet private workspace, with availability for the 40-hour weekly commitment and agreed working days and shift times.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Perks & Benefits:

  • Fully remote, desk-based work from home in Georgia, with project communication handled through shared online systems.
  • Structured onboarding and training on a project management tool such as monday.com and a collaboration tool such as Microsoft Teams.
  • Regular check-ins with the team lead to review questions, discuss feedback, and clarify the next steps for assigned work.
  • Opportunities to build project tracking, meeting coordination, status reporting, and stakeholder communication skills through practical administrative assignments.
