This position requires a DoD secret security clearance or the ability to obtain which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support across multiple projects, collaborating closely with Project Managers to ensure all objectives are met.


• Review and edit technical documentation for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with project standards.


• Organize, track, and manage project data; maintain accurate records to support effective decision-making.


• Prioritize and balance multiple tasks, often with competing deadlines, to keep projects on track.


• Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders to facilitate efficient operations and problem resolution.


• Take initiative and work independently to resolve challenges, drive results, and improve project processes.


• Leverage MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint for project documentation, data management, and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of project support experience


• High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree or higher in business or technical field preferred


• Strong skills in reviewing and editing technical documentation


• Ability to obtain or hold a DoD secret security clearance


• Excellent data management, critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities


• Demonstrated initiative and capacity to work independently


• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint


• Highly organized, with the proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with Marine Corps customer operations and procedures


• Understanding of the fluid operations of Marine Expeditionary Units
