Required Experience:
•2+ years of experience in project analysts
•Experience in project management activities, including agile project management, Project Management Body of Knowledge, and continuous quality improvement processes
•Knowledge of current information technology (IT) programs, an understanding of strategic planning and bringing projects to completion
•Provide project leadership support and operational effectiveness.
•Conduct division-wide program coordination and communication in support of division change management processes
•Provide project coordination and collaboration with operational timeline support
•Coordinate project tracking and status reporting for all branches and outside partners as needed (including guidance document updates and timeline development)
•Experience in data management strategy and visualization
•Assist with development of various reports and products
•Issues management
•Project planning and documentation
Desired Experience:
•Knowledgeable in all phases of the project management life cycle.
•Contributing to project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy.
•Conducting and presenting a feasibility analysis for proposed projects.
•Establishing key performance indicators.
•Monitoring and evaluating the overall project.
•Analyzing project data and producing insights to optimize performance.
•Identifying problems and shortfalls and proposing solutions.
•Providing operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc.
•Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reports.
•Maintaining project contracts and financials.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
