You will work directly with Project Management leadership to support open source engineering teams to create and track complex reports, oversee engagement with internal teams to support asset and content creation in support of Qualcomm developers.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Establish and manage engineering asset tracking database and coordinate with engineering. IT and legal teams on appropriate use\n * Track procurement requests, purchase orders and invoices.\n * Troubleshoot internal processes or technology to support of program needs - ensure process compliance by following best practices and procedures\n * Organization of team participation at various developer and open-source conferences \u2013 ensure materials are prepared in a timely fashion\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office/corporate environment\n * Good communication skills for coordination activities across cross-functional teams\n\n\n * Experience with issue tracking or project management tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub Projects, etc.)\n * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with shifting priorities.\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree. \nOR \nAssociate\u0027s degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience. \nOR \nHigh School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant work experience.\n\nApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
