Project Architect

Statement of Work — Project Architect 

Jacksonville, FL & Miami, FL. 4-6 years experience. Licensed Project Architects to lead design and documentation, manage multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept through design development
• Produce comprehensive construction documents: plans, elevations, sections, specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, internal teams for architectural/structural/MEP integration
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress
• Serve as primary liaison among clients, consultants, project teams
• Mentor junior staff, provide technical guidance
• Ensure compliance with permitting, zoning, sustainability (LEED, WELL)

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect (RA) required
• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture
• 4-5 years professional experience
• Experience managing mid-sized projects in commercial or institutional (K-12, higher ed preferred)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit
• Strong project management: budgeting, scheduling, resource planning
