Project Architect

Our architectural client is seeking a Sr. level Architect or Project Manager for their growing team. They are seeking a talented candidate that has experience in reconstruction architectural work.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:
· 5+ years of experience in architecture with construction experience
· Licensed in the State of California or in process preferred.
· Understanding of design drawings, construction drawings, specs, etc.
· Perform site visits, as-built quantity take-offs, prepare as-built drawings, planning, zoning, renderings.
·· Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Acrobat, Photoshop, and MS Office
· Manage construction drawings for city review, approval, and permitting.
