Project Architect - Bush Construction (St. Louis)

Bush Construction is seeking an experienced Project Architect (PA) to join our growing design team in our St. Louis, Missouri location.  This senior-level position plays an integral role in advancing projects through all phases of design - from concept through construction completion - while reinforcing our integrated design and construction model.  The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and a collaborative spirit. As a Project Architect, you will lead design development, oversee document production and quality, and coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to deliver thoughtful, high-quality design solutions that meet our clients’ goals.  You'll be a part of a team that's reshaping how architecture and construction work together to create better experiences and better buildings.  

What makes you successful in this position? 

• Professional degree in Architecture; professional licensure strongly preferred


• 7-12 years of professional design experience; experience with design-build projects strongly preferred


• Above average skills in organization, written and verbal communication, analysis, and problem-solving


• Team-oriented with a passion for contributing toward a company that values internal growth and cross-discipline collaboration


• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office Suite


• Familiarity with project management and design collaboration tools
