Project Architect / Project Manager (K12 Education Projects)

• Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring schedules, budgets, and scopes of work are met to the client's satisfaction.
• Lead project-related discussions and delegate tasks effectively to team members.
• Actively manage client budgets, schedules, programs, project communications, documentation, office administrative tasks, and team assignments.
• Estimate fees, determine scopes of work, and prepare proposals and contracts.
• Oversee all phases of the design process, from schematic design to construction administration, ensuring exceptional quality and service.

• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with building and accessibility codes and regulatory standards.
• Creative and forward-thinking mindset with a solid understanding of engineering systems, equipment, technology requirements, and detailing.
• Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office.
• Strong foundation in architecture and a passion for educational projects.
• 6+ years of experience as a full-time architect
• Architecture License preferred.
