Project Architect - Residential

Position Description
As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for driving design excellence from concept to construction on high end single family projects. You’ll orchestrate the development of innovative architectural solutions, manage the technical and regulatory integrity of drawing sets, and serve as a key liaison between clients, consultants, and internal teams. Your work will blend creative vision with technical rigor—ensuring every detail reflects the ultra-premium standards that define our portfolio.
 

Education/Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 8-12 years of post-bachelors degree Architecture firm experience. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or another related field. 
• Experience working with High-end residential
• Possess an innovative style and an interest in sustainability issues and research and development 
• Experience at all stages of  design is of interest to us including conceptual design, programming, space planning, technical documentation, project management. 
• Highly collaborative by nature, with the willingness to approach every project with creativity 
• An innate desire to produce meaningful work with strong design skills 
• Detail and task-oriented with a passion for excellence 
• Pro-active and dynamic in their skills and leadership 
• Experience with tools such as Deltek, Revit, Archicad, AutoCAD, etc.
