Prepare subcontract agreements (including subcontract amendments for applicable subcontractors), purchase order agreements, and change orders
Coordinate set-up of field office, utilities, and network/IT
Provide assistance on bid days as necessary
Management of master project files
Perform administrative duties such as typing, filing, copying, and fielding telephone calls
Assist with receptionist duties as assigned
Experience with Certified Payroll / Davis Bacon Determination
Experience with DBE programs and compliance documents (collect / review)

Required Experience & Education:
3-5 years secretarial and/or administrative experience
High School Diploma

Digital Signature Programs (i.e. SignNow, DocuSign)
AIA Documents Software

3rd Party Insurance Auditing Programs (i.e. Jones)
Work Environment:
This position works in a standard office environment.

The physical and mental requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Regularly required to sit for extended periods while working on a computer, with occasional standing and walking to attend meetings or collaborate with team members.
Regular lifting of materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
Must have the ability to see and read on computer screens, proposals, contracts, and other documentation with accuracy to ensure clear interpretation and attention to detail.
Ability to reach, stretch, kneel, squat, bend, and sit up for up to six hours at a time.
Work Hours:
As dictated by management, Monday-Friday

Limited as required
