Overview: A Manager of B2B Project, is newly created position and a key contributor to newly
launched B2B/B2C delivery project. This role will directly report to the Head of Last Mile
Delivery and will work cross functionally, but most heavily with the product planning and supply
chain solutions to move new products through the various touch points in order management,
warehouse operations, transportation, Last Mile Delivery (LMD), return management and
customer service.
As an exceptional collaborator and communicator, this role will be responsible for
communicating with internal/external customers. The position will also require leading day-today
operations with the project team on task status, risks, and mitigation actions to ensure
operational implementation of multiple go-live dates.
Traveling (up to 25%) and business trips may be required to make site/customer visits. The
ability to work in a fast-paced business environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
by managing numerous priorities concurrently; organizational and time-management abilities.
Advanced technical skills with Microsoft Project or Monday.com, Microsoft Excel, and
PowerPoint.
Collaborate with the project team to define scopes, volumes, and modes of transit in as-is state
of current transportation lanes. Developing to-be scenarios with the project team to create
efficient, cost effective, safe, secure, and operational feasible solutions for time sensitive
deliverables. Supporting RFPs as necessary once to-be providers are defined.
Primary Responsibilities
Strong analytical aptitude with a validated ability to analyze/interpret data, with an
emphasis on transportation
Experience working with enterprise level logistics systems, such as a Transportation
Management System, Yard Management Systems, or Warehouse Management System
is required.
Experience working Home Appliances LMD or white glove service is very desirable.
Exceptional collaborator and communicator with equal skills in attention to detail and
follow through.
Ability to cut through complexity and help the team reach decision as issues and
opportunities emerge during commercialization
Help instill a proactive culture and provide training & coaching to quickly ramp up
operations.
Conduct regular team meetings to analyze periodic goals and objectives. Improve
operational effectiveness, reduce costs, and drive reliability in the supply chain
Create, develop, incorporate, and integrate needed processes into SOP. Keen sense of
industry technology that will increase departmental accuracy, efficiency, and production.
Requirements
Minimum of Bachelors degree.
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, and Product Life Cycle is a
plus
Travel required: 25%
5+ years of experience in Project Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Returns
Management, or Distribution in builder market/industry
Project Management software experience is required
Strategic thinker, self-starter, and team player with strong interpersonal skills
Able to work for extended hours as needed to complete the project.

Solid understanding and utilization of ERP, OMS, TMS, YMS, and reporting software
(SalesForce, Tableau, etc)
