We are seeking a Project Controls Scheduler (Primavera P6) to support electric utility projects by developing and maintaining detailed Primavera P6 schedules. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong analytical mindset, expertise in scheduling, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Oracle Primavera P6, managing projects ranging from 20 to 200 activities.

• Collaborate with 5-6 project managers concurrently, supporting projects in various phases of design and construction.

• Load and maintain resource data within schedules, ensuring accurate tracking of labor, materials, and costs.

• Perform quality checks and inspections on project controls deliverables to maintain data integrity and compliance with project requirements.

• Analyze schedule and financial data to ensure project timelines align with cost tracking and forecasting.

• Understand and track the technical progress of electric utility transmission line, substation, and/or telecommunication projects.

• Integrate and analyze scheduling data in Excel, utilizing advanced functions (formulas, pivot tables, and macros) to improve project reporting.

• Identify potential scheduling risks and work with project managers to develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business from an accredited program.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or construction management.

• Expertise in Oracle Primavera P6 is required.

• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, and data integration).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex scheduling data.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively interfacing with project teams and stakeholders.

• Ability to work onsite in Akron, OH or Reading, PA.

• Willingness to travel as needed; valid driver’s license required.

• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
