The Boldt Company, a subsidiary of the Boldt Group
Location: If you're energized by new environments, large-scale projects, and the opportunity to make a visible impact, this role offers an exciting path forward. You'll work directly on project sites, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to some of the industry's most complex and rewarding work. Every three weeks, you'll travel home for a long weekend, creating a balance between immersive project work and meaningful personal time.
At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.
As a Project Controls Specialist II, you will help project teams make informed decisions by turning cost, schedule, productivity, and performance data into actionable insights. Working closely with project controls and project management teams, you will monitor project performance, identify developing trends, forecast potential outcomes, and uncover opportunities to strengthen results.
You will contribute throughout the construction project lifecycle, from initial award and project setup through execution and closeout. Depending on project needs, you may support one large, complex project or multiple smaller projects while gaining broad exposure to project financials, scheduling, production planning, earned value, change management, and forecasting. This is an opportunity to grow your project controls expertise while helping teams deliver successful outcomes on high-impact construction projects.
If you're an experienced construction professional looking to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply and start a conversation with us.
