We provide trusted, high-quality support to homeowners and clients recovering from fire, water, and other events. With a commitment to care, integrity, and professionalism, we specialize in managing textiles, electronics, artwork, and collectibles. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic administration team.

Key Responsibilities

As the central hub of daily operations, the Project Coordinator ensures seamless communication between departments while handling essential business tasks. You will work closely with leadership across departments to:

• Assist with marketing coordination and communications
• Create and maintain job accounts and project records in internal systems
• Support financial processes, including accounts payable and receivable
• Generate and manage estimates and invoices
• Prepare job folders and documents for the onsite logistics team
• Serve as front-desk receptionist and provide exceptional customer support
• Organize incoming and outgoing mail
• Provide general administrative support across the company

What You Bring

We’re seeking a highly organized and service-oriented individual who is adaptable, resourceful, and a strong communicator. The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A service-driven mindset and customer-focused approach
• A commitment to ethical conduct and team collaboration
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Salesforce, iCat, or Xactimate (preferred, not required)
• Background in restoration services or art/textile/electronics handling (a plus)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $16–$19/hour, based on relevant experience
