Overview:
The Project Coordinator will support JP Management’s Capital Expenditures (CapEx) team by coordinating, tracking, and documenting all phases of capital improvement projects across the multifamily property portfolio, including its South Jersey properties (i.e. Toms River). This role ensures project documentation, contracts, timelines, budgets, and vendor communication are properly maintained and executed to support efficient delivery of renovation, repair, and capital improvement work.
