Project Coordinator

Role & Responsibilities 

The Project Coordinator provides essential operational and administrative support for solution delivery initiatives. This role ensures smooth project execution through scheduling, documentation, communication support, and coordination across delivery teams.  

• Maintain project schedules, trackers, and action logs
• Monitor task progress and follow up with owners
• Schedule meetings and workshops; prepare agendas and capture notes
• Maintain project documents including status reports, risk logs, and change logs
• Facilitate communication across project teams and stakeholders
• Update PM tools such as Jira, MS Project, SharePoint, or Smartsheet
• Support governance adherence, onboarding, logistics, and project close-out 

Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award with an expected start date of September 1, 2026.

• Experience supporting project teams or PMO environments
• Strong organizational and communication skills 
• Proficiency with project management tools and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
• Active security clearance or ability to obtain one

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification (strongly preferred)
• Active Secret clearance
