Project Coordinator

Urban Infraconstruction is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Water Resource department.

Key Responsibilities

• Own new-hire onboarding coordination for Operations from acceptance through field readiness.


• Guide new employees through required steps, answer questions, and follow up until onboarding is complete.


• Communicate start dates, reporting instructions, site contacts, travel or lodging details, and first-day expectations


• Maintain onboarding trackers, employee rosters, contact lists, crew information, and project records


• Track onboarding, orientation, training, site access, badging, and mobilization readiness


• Support vendor, subcontractor, rental-equipment, delivery, and service-call coordination at the direction of field leadership

Qualifications

• Highschool degree or higher 


• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish and able to read, write, and speak both languages fluently and professionally


• No prior construction experience required; training will be provided


• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and people skills


• Comfort working with field personnel and a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
