The Project Coordinator oversees Special Projects and Installation operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This role coordinates the delivery, pickup, installation, service, repair, and valet services of company products while ensuring customer satisfaction and company standards are met.
General Responsibilities:
Lead by example by promoting a culture of safety, professionalism, quality, and accountability in all aspects of the job.
Install, maintain, repair, deliver, retrieve, and remove all company products, including but not limited to portable restrooms, mobile office and restroom trailers, Aqua Flush systems, and temporary fencing.
Perform on-site evaluations to determine safe and efficient placement, installation, and removal of company products while ensuring customer expectations are met.
Meet customers to address service concerns, troubleshoot product issues, and provide timely, effective resolutions.
Coordinate assigned projects and communicate regularly with department leadership to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to company standards.
May be to oversee after-hours, weekends, or emergency projects and service assignments.
Conduct field safety, quality, and productivity inspections to verify compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Safely operate company vehicles, trailers, forklifts, skid steers, telehandlers, excavators, and other equipment as required and authorized.
Ensure all assigned projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with customer requirements and company quality standards.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
Education and Experience:
1+ Years of Experience in a Service Environment
1+ Years working in the field, and Installation Services
Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC experience Preferred.
Previous experience using hand power tools Required.
Current and valid Driver’s License, CDL a Plus
DOT Medical Card Required
Forklift Certified
OSHA-10 Certification Preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform all positions relative to PDI, OSS, F&E
