Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This is a dynamic role where you’ll wear many hats - supporting permitting, lead coordination, scheduling, dispatching, and general office operations. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring smooth communication between our customers, technicians, and sales teams.

What You’ll Do

Handle permitting and paperwork for projects

Coordinate and track incoming leads

Schedule installations, inspections, and service calls

Dispatch technicians and support them throughout the day

Communicate with customers to confirm details and provide updates

Keep office operations organized and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Clear, professional communication

Experience in permitting, scheduling, or dispatching is required

Home services, construction, or related industry experience is highly preferred

Comfortable with permitting and compliance tasks

Tech-savvy and detail-oriented

Team player with a proactive attitude
