Job Title - Program Coordinator

Duration- 6-12 months contract to start with

Location- Portland, OR, 97204(Hybrid)

Pay Rate-29 $/h

Note: Work Hours: 8 am -5 am PST; Some flexibility due to 20 hours per week,chance of hours increasing throughout the assignment. Onsite twice a week - Local candidates only

Brief Job Description:
Primary customer contact and coordinator for a fleet electrification project.
Coordinates all projects with customers and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately.
Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems.
Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately.
Coordinates projects with external customers as well as internal cross-functional departments.
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within project management.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Operates independently but also receives guidance and direction from others. Reports to Manager of Transportation Electrification Business Programs.
