Job Description - Project Coordinator

Blew & Associates, P.A. is a highly regarded national firm specializing in land surveying, engineering, and environmental services. With an impressive track record spanning over 130 years in the industry, we are currently seeking a talented a talented individual to work on our Project Coordinator team. This position will be based at our corporate headquarters in Fayetteville, AR.

A quick overview of this role is:

  • Communicate daily with Blew Business Development reps
  • Email monitoring
  • Serving as a vessel for our end user client to our team of professionals
  • Point of contact for client and in-house communication
  • Bidding jobs
  • Sending all appropriate information and documentation to the admin department once a job has been awarded
  • Making good judgement calls for updates
  • Saving necessary documents for each project
  • Project status knowledge
  • Quickbase data entry and report running
  • Positive attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
  • Proficient with email
  • Ability to work individually and among teams
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of professionals clearly and effectively, including colleagues and clients
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects
  • Willingness to learn new skills and products
  • Minimum two years of experience in customer service
  • A Bachelor degree is desired but not required
  • Preferred candidates will have background working as a legal or title assistant
