Project Coordinator (Active Secret)

ASRC Federal provides infrastructure support to a State Department customer located in Arlington, Virginia. Our team provides support for a campus-wide network, local and remote servers, and storage devices. We are looking for a Program Assistant to support the team and the government customer. The Program Assistant will be onsite in Arlington, VA with the ability to telework one day per week.

Responsibilities include:

* Maintain a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the staff and government management team* Coordinate with team members to track the progress of ongoing projects/tasks* Maintain project plans in Microsoft Planner* Develop procedures to improve the efficiency of the team* Keep management informed of current project status, identifying areas of concern* Use judgment and initiative to determine the approach or action to take in non- routine situations, interpret and adapts guidelines* Work independently receiving a minimum of detailed supervision and guidance* Assist with team meetings and take meeting minutes* Perform some administrative assistant duties* Review materials for accuracy and proper format* Secret Clearance* Bachelor's degree or an additional 2 years of experience* Minimum 2 years experience in a government position* SharePoint experience* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)* Ability to manage project plans* Strong written and oral communication skills* Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team* Strong organizational skills and the ability to meets deadlines* Strong customer service skills
