Description:
The primary duty of the Project Coordinator and Technical Writer role is to provide project coordination and technical writing support related to projects supporting stakeholder outreach support of federal programs in relation to the Affordable Care Act (ACA), Health Insurance Marketplaces, and other federal policy. This role also includes supporting business development (BD) including coordination of BD activities, research, technical writing, coordination, and communication.
Duties:
- Support ARDX project team with project coordination, communication, and technical writing.
- Assist in development and review of standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, and other operational documents and resources.
- Provide project management support to keep projects on track and effectively manage tasks, action items, and risks.
- Research and develop recommendations related to BD opportunities, partners, and competitors.
- Support planning, logistics, and facilitation of ARDX meetings including development of meeting minutes and recording of action items and decisions.
- Analyze current process and timelines and provide proactive recommendations for process improvements.
- Provide accuracy and quality review of resources, deliverables, and proposal-related artifacts.
- Follow quality procedures to ensure the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of all deliverables.
- Make recommendations for process efficiencies.
- Complete all deliverables and task in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Interest in public health, health policy, and advancing health equity
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, Master’s degree desired
- 1-3 years of working experience
- Technical writing experience
- Ability to conduct independent research
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Well-developed analytical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Project management experience desired
- Experience with Jira and Confluence desired
