Location: Remote (US/Canada only)

Brandcoven is a fast-growing digital marketing agency that specializes in helping businesses build their online presence and reach their target audience. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator / Assistant to join our team and support our project management and administrative tasks.

As a Project Coordinator / Assistant, you will work closely with our project managers to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the high-quality standards of our clients. This is a remote position, so you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist project managers in creating and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and budgets

- Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays

- Communicate with clients to gather project requirements and provide updates on project status

- Coordinate with internal team members and external vendors to ensure timely completion of project tasks

- Prepare project reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders

- Maintain project documents and files, ensuring they are organized and up-to-date

- Support project managers in managing project budgets and expenses

- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and managing project calendars

- Conduct research and provide support for marketing and business development initiatives

- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Detail-oriented and able to work independently

- Experience in digital marketing or agency environment is a plus
