Project Coordinator (Construction Administrative Assistant)
LHH is currently seeking a Project Coordinator with 2+ years of experience for a full time opportunity in Central Phoenix, Arizona. Do you like helping administratively in a construction or manufacturing setting or environment? Responsibilities:
Maintaining flow of documents, records, and reports
Keep up with project status updates
Project planning
Working with various vendors to get certain documents or permits in place
Identifying project material requirements, preparing procurement schedules, and coordinating the timely delivery of materials to the construction site
Project Evaluation and overseeing field operations
Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule
Access and resolve high priority project risks
Allocating and managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and subcontractors
Generate Purchase and Work Orders.
Budgeting project
Assist the team ensure project meets deadlines.
Skills:
- Excellent planning and management skills
- Must effectively manage time and details
- Purchase Order Experience is a plus
Qualifications:
- Must have at least one year of project coordination experience
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Contract-to-Hire/Direct-Hire options available as well.
Hourly pay between $22 - $29/hr depending on industry and years of experience.
